I am a regular customer of this hotel I have been at this hotel also a couple of times in the past and I always choose this hotel in Aswan because if it's great location. Certainly! Here’s a rephrased version of your text: "This time, I was thrilled to stay in a room on the fifth floor in the renovated section of the hotel. The room was brand new, and I was delighted with the updated facilities. JJ guesthouse is a wonderfull place. The all family is welcoming, and always smiling. You will feel like home. The rooms are spacious, fully equiped (AC, fridge etc) and beds are very confortable. The house is perfectly located with an amazing rooftop with Nile view. On the rooftop the best chef of Aswan will take care of you and served you delicious breakfast. We could wash our clothes here, wich was usefull. Do not look for another place, book here and you wont regret it. We were really lucky to be there and we hope we will come back one day. Thank you again JJ for everything.

Excellent experience overall. Great service by the hotel manager Mr Samir who made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. His operations management is on an international level, fast and efficient. Follow-up before checking in was good by Ahmed who made sure we had all necessary information and booked the pickup car for us. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Their cuisine is superb. Excellent food and drinks quality. Their tagines meals and hot Oreo drink are a must try. The design of the place is authentic Nubian with great decorations done by Somaia. The rooms are spacious and right above the Nile so you can enjoy a splendid sunrise from the room's terrace. Definitely visiting Dolty Kato again!

Ahmed and Yousra are incredibly kind, friendly and thoughtful. When we arrived I was feelling sick abd Yousra even bought a special herbs infusion for me❤️. They gave us a warm welcome, arranged a nice tour to Abu Simbel and gave us tips and recommendations for our stay in Aswan. The guesthouse is very new and right next to the ferry, the room was big, comfortable and clean. The rooftop is really nice! I wish we come back. Thank you Ahmed and Yousra🫶🫶🫶

It's much better than I expected. It's very quiet and clean here. The boss personally received us on board and made drinks for us himself. You can also book the Abu Simbel tour here, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it to everyone.

    David and his wife are incredibly helpful when it comes to traveling Aswan on a budget. They organized tours for me during the entirety of my stay and at the cheapest price possible.     Easy to get to location just off from the south port for the elephantine ferry as it is the building following your first left. Ferry was only 10egp for visitors and was very easy for accessing the east bank. The room was spacious with two comfortable beds and a very efficient air conditioning system. Hosts were very friendly and helpful for booking an affordable trip to Abu simbel. Definitely would stay at this venue again.

    Perfect location. It’s beautiful, the room is big, the balcony is super lovely, the rooftop is amazing, their prices for food and tours are really affordable and cheap.
