The owner and staff were so kind and made our stay perfect. Everything was impeccable. The food tasted like heaven, best meal we had during our whole trip to Egypt. There is an amazing view from the terrace and it was fun to see the beautiful sunset from there. I strongly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

This beautiful guesthouse hosted by the most wonderful lady has an incredible view of the Nile. The facilities are clean and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and she was kind enough to make us a superb dinner too as we were too tired from our travels to go out. The lovely host is responsive and happy to organise cheap transport for you to go wherever you need in Aswan. It might seem out of the way but the location is perfect for all the sights. I would 100% return here to enjoy the beautiful view, the delicious home cooked food, and the company of the wonderful hostess.

Nubiano Cataract is a great authentic hotel in Nubian Style. I loved the colorful walls and the room was charming with a beautiful view over the Nile River. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and correct. I slept like a baby at night. I felt at home and happy. The location is close to Philae Island, it was perfect for me!

Superb Guest House at the Elephantile island in a Nubian village setting, across the Ferry from KFC,10 mts, then 10 mts walk, Modern rooms, very clean, superb garden setting, great wall nubian paintings, magical terrace sit out, all very colourfully lit. since no vehicles of any type, very quiet. big room tastefully furnished, powerfull shower. booked group Van tour with the Guest house for Abu Simbel. Best part of our stay, two dinners & one lunch we had at King Jamaica restaurant, on River, where the jetty lands for the island ie 10 mts walk. superb Nile views, great Fish & succulent beef meals. No alchohol, value for money, great music.

    Beautiful room, location and people. What a treat to wake up with the Nile view. The room was big and really comfortable. Breakfast was authentic and delicious. If you are looking for a break before or after a cruise, that is the place to go. It is an easy ride by car or motorboat from the eastbank which takes 35-40 min and the staff kindly helped us organise it in the morning

    Location is great. Room in the top floor had a beautiful balcony with view! The owner brought us with the boat to Philae Temple so we did not have to haggle with the boat owners.

    Amazing location! Super friendly and polite staff. We enjoyed an amazingly delicious local lunch after the city observation. The hotel is located in a fantastic and authentic place at the riverside. This place is highly recommended for a short stay to see the Philae Temple.

    Very beautiful Nubian house!! Kept so clean! Room is big, comfortable mattress! Staff is super welcoming! Wanna come again! I know the location as I am diving in my own so this is not a problem for me. You can walk to the philea temple ticket office in 2 mins
