The huge, perfectly kept garden was ideal for relaxing after a long flight. I loved bird watching (colibris everywhere!) and hang out with the alpacas who roam around the garden. The colonial style of the hotel is beautiful . The big room with the huge window on the garden made it lovely also to work from the desk.

The staffs were very friendly. When I arrived at the Casa, the owner's daughter ordered dinner for me. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs and fruit, simple but enough for a morning .They also arranged a taxi from and to the airport. The location is close to the airport and very safe. The bed and quilt were very comfortable , the hotel was basic, but it had everything I needed.

Casa Magnolia is a hidden, beautiful house and garden located near the big shopping center in Cumbaya. It was easy to walk to the mall to find restaurants for dinner without having to drive. The owner, Carola, has created a truly beautiful and lush garden and home that is inviting and cozy. The breakfast room is a cheerful large sunroom with a tree growing through the roof. Our room was comfortable and pretty, with a large bathroom and a small balcony. Carola is an excellent cook and she made a wonderful dinner for us one evening, in addition to an excellent breakfast each morning with fresh fruits and juice, good breads, and eggs. It is a beautiful, inviting, and comfortable place to stay. We felt very much at home.

    I visited this hotel with my family (spouse and three kids, ages 11, 6 and 3) for one night, and we all loved it. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was nice, and the dinner was delicious and cheap. Our room was huge, and the beds were very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed a little longer.

    I appreciated the courtesy shuttle arrangement - reduced the stress of getting a taxi to and from the airport. Many choices for breakfast. I loved the fresh squeezed orange juice and its machine - amazing! The bed and the pillows are so comfortable. The room is very clean. I was so happy to see a hair dryer in the bathroom which I haven't seen in other hotels in Quito. The garden is so big and beautiful. I wish I could stay longer to enjoy it.
