We had a really nice stay here and Aracely was the most amazing welcoming host. The facilities are great too. We did the Cotopaxi hike to the refuge which was booked through Aracely and it was fantastic and great value for money

Amazing staff and attention to detail. The staff spoke perfect English and were welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. They booked horseback riding for us and had breakfast ready. The staff gave us carrots to feed the llamas out front - a trip highlight. This hostel was the type of stay we were looking for in our adventure trip in ecudador. We loved everything about this place, it was the best accommodation we had in our whole trip around Ecuador, from the location to the staff, the room, the surroundings, it was all absolutely lovely, can't recommend enough. Staying at this hotel feels like being welcomed home by your family. Great value for money, spacious room with a beautiful view to Cotopaxi and excellent location, just around the corner from the main road with several restaurants nearby, are among its excellent features, but the breakfast stands out for the kindness and care of the lady who will set the buffet and prepare eggs a la carte for you and who will remind you of your grandmother almost inevitably. The hotel manager was just as kind and helpful. I wish we had stayed longer.
