Great spot if you have a car. Only a few minutes drive from major tourist attractions both north and south. Great host, easy to communicate with. Nice sunset views to have a few beers on the balcony after a long day. Would definitely go back

I liked the location. The owner was super friendly. whenever I had a question he was always available. just the perfect location * away from the town just 5 minutes nested in the mountain view. perfect location . I would highly recommend this place to any one visiting the island. two rooms, two washrooms with baths and toilet. kitchen and living and dining area. WiFi , TV etc

It's difficult to explain how special this place is, I cannot recommend it enough! The view, restaurant, bar, the locals, the village - all incredible. The family that run this place are some of the nicest people I met in the Caribbean. I stayed in a tree house and felt super safe (left my luggage, laptop etc there), note that there is a short walk to the main building to use electricity and toilet if you're staying in a tree house. I had the dinner one night and it was delicious, spoke to other guests who did it every night and said it was different each time. Very easy 30 minute walk to Trafalgar Falls, 2 minutes to a small kiosk and bakery in the village.

This hostel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed in a single room where I could fall asleep not only to the sound of the waves but also to the soothing rhythm of the sea! The place was impeccably clean—so much so that you could metaphorically eat off the floor. Men and women are completely separated, making it especially comfortable for Muslim women. There’s a terrace with tables and chairs, and then there’s the real gem: the breathtaking sea view, with the sun accompanying you from morning to evening. You can access the beach directly, and if you're staying here, remember that we are guests on this Earth first and foremost. Roll up your sleeves and help clean the beach—there’s a boy named Alvin who will be happy to assist you. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady, who was incredibly kind, super friendly, and always smiling. If you need anything, she’ll gladly help you.

Nice and clean! Location is good. Next to a car rental. Walking distance to center and ferry terminal. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We will definitely come back to this guesthouse when visiting Dominica!

    Really spacious, spotlessly clean apartment, in a very quiet location in the Roseau Valley and close to Trafalgar Falls, start of Boiling Lake trail and Titou Gorge. Lessie is a lovely helpful chap, and lives in the apartment above so was on hand with great advice, and also available on WhatsApp. He really makes you feel welcome, and even went to the trouble of getting some groceries for me as my flight arrived quite late. Dominica is a stunning island, waterfalls, mountains, hiking trails, beaches, coral reefs - what more could you need!

    Very convenient location right next to a car rental company and close to the ferry terminal. This is a great option for a short stay, one or two nights, on a budget. The owners are very nice and the breakfast is correct (local fruits, local juices, bread, jam and butter and more optional food). The rooms are simple and clean.

    Swin was an amazing host, very attentive, very responsive to all our requests. He gave us elements allowing us to make our choices for visits and to discover this incredible island. His good humor, his knowledge and his kindness marked us. The cleanliness of the place and the rigor to do things well were impressive. The location is ideal for visiting the city and going on excursions. Great stay!

    Great central location, just a short walk across the river to the ferry and the bus stop for Portsmouth, the other bus stops are a few blocks further away. My room was comfortable, shower was good and everything is kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast was basic but good with a plate of fruits and a basket of toast with jam/cream cheese, dinner is also available and was very good and is reasonably priced. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome, I would definitely stay here again.
