The hotel has a great location, just 1 Km away from the sea shore, next to the farm and also has a beautiful kids play area. It is neat, clean and quite comfortable. Even the sofa bed was of the highest quality and perfect for 2 people. They have car parking and many bicycles to rent. Swimming pool and spa are complementary to stay. The rooms are not having AC, so, be careful in summer time.

Location was excellent. I needed somewhere close to the Port to meet our Cruise Ship and I couldn’t have gotten any closer. 5 minute walk from the train station. Room was fantastic and clean. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast the following morning was excellent. There was even Prosecco available!! I can’t recommend the hotel enough. You won’t be disappointed.

I think the location of the hotel is one of the best in the city, a few steps from the beach and other turistic attractions. Also the room was very clean and breakfast was tasty. The employees were very friendly. Although we did not speak fluent German, they tried to make us feel at home and spoke with us in English.

I had a fantastic stay at this Ferienwohnung near the beach in Rostock! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the shoreline, making it ideal for morning strolls and relaxing evenings by the sea. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — everything from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The balcony (or terrace, if there was one) was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying coffee with nature breeze! The area was peaceful yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
