The hotel is unmanned and completely self-service. But the hotel's service is very meticulous and all aspects are taken into consideration. The hotel manager was worried about my language barrier and left me a message in the language of my nationality, telling me how to get the key and how to enter the building. All facilities in the hotel are very good and the beds are very comfortable. It's clean and tidy, and the kitchenette is fully equipped with all utensils, just like home. It’s a perfect score! grateful!

Very nice apartment with access to the yard. I highly recommend it, the place is relaxing, clean and comfortable, has everything you need. Very quiet and convenient location, super friendly and professional hotel staffs . They take care of gust booking, arrival and parking in a proactive manner. Their breakfast is healthy, many fruits and other food. I had a family room with a sofa bed. They prepared for bed nicely. The room was warm and clean, my mom and daughter both had good time.

We really enjoyed our stay - the hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, including the very green enclosed garden. The room was in the older building, with exposed wooden beams and cozy furniture, which we also liked a lot.

We liked absolutely everything about this spacious and modern apartment (we would give it 11 out of 10!!). Our host and her Mum were very welcoming and helpful and the apartment had everything required for a very pleasant stay. It was warm, comfortable and very quiet. The private parking space was 100m from the apartment and well worth the additional cost. We enjoyed walking to the Old Town from the apartment along the banks of the Danube and it only took us 10 minutes.

    Great customer service, quick response and friendly receptionist! They have late check ins through a notepad. Secured and modern facility, in a quiet place. Comfy beds, room was spotless. They were very kind allowing an extra hour late check out for free. Highly recommend
