Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. New and well maintained furniture. Polite and helpful employees. Fantastic restaurant for the dinner. According to me, breakfast could be a bit better. Cheap vending machine for drinks and snacks. Easy access to Euro24 facilities by our car. I don't regret not staying in center of the Munich.

A beautiful apartment, designed in a modern style l. The beds are comfortable and so are the living room. The kitchen is big and very comfortable for cooking. There is a fridge and a stove (no microwave). We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location, in a quiet and nice neighborhood, close to Thereme Erding(5 minutes by car) and 5 minutes by car to the old city(center) where is very nice and with really good restaurants and pubs. The apartment is a studio, very nice and clean, very cozy, equipped with everything that you need in an apartment. The bed is ok with a nice mattress, and the couch is extensible and was more than enough for our daughter. The kitchen is equipped with everything, the coffee machine was full of coffee, just to be used, the bathroom is ok, with a nice shower cabin. Towels of good quality. The general cleanliness was "A klasse arbeit". The heating was perfect. The owner was really nice and helpful and she answered all of our questions! The parking is available all the time in front of the house and also inside the yard(for free). This is a place to come back.

Pension is a place maintained by warm-hearted people. We had just a perfect stay! We've got an apartment with an equipped kitchenette, the room looked freshly renovated, comfortable bee and bathroom too. The night was quiet and in the morning we had a very nice breakfast. Decent price for the whole stay even though booked almost last minute. Perfect localization - close to the train station and to Terme Erding. Highly recommend it to visitors of Terme Erding!

    In one word, superb ! Quiet location, by car just half an hour away from Munich city center, train and bus stations are in circle 10 kilometers. Private parking beside the house , hosts are amazing and very helpfull. Apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Coffee with cream and tea are for free , we had no problem with free wifi.

    Very clean, spacious, quiet, and very friendly hosts. Parking spot available in front of the property. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tea and coffee are complimentary. Free wifi. Perfect getaway place if you want to avoid the city noise and traffic. Highly recommended!

    Everything is new, clean, cared for. The rooms are renovated. Comfortable bed. We even had a mini kitchenette in the room, which was an extra bonus for us. The location is in a quiet, secluded area. Great for relaxation. Just 30 minutes away from Munich city (by car) and 10 minutes to Erding.
