I am a frequent visitor to Lotte. I am middle aged male solo business traveller and Lotte meets all my needs,. I prefer the quiet but sociable atmosphere to a sterile corporate private room hotel. Whats special, they put coffee to go by the door which I find it very sweet .. overall The location is amazing .. everyone was super helpful .. the breakfast is super tasty and many options .. the bathroom is big . There is also a restaurant that opens till midnight which saved us! Hehe

Very large apartment, a wonderful combination of new and old furniture, and very clean, comfortable beds. It has a large living room and a kitchen, a bathroom and another wc. Very nice host, the owners of the vis-a-vis restaurant. Good communication with the hosts, they allowed us to leave the luggage there after the check-out hours. Situated very close to the Heidelberg Castle, with a view to the Nekar river.

    Great location. 5 minutes walk to shops & 5 minutes walk to the tram stop in the opposite direction. Parking space right outside the door. Very spacious, modern and clean apartment, and very comfortable, large beds. One easily rectifiable bit of feedback from my wife and daughter: It needs another mirror in the living room and/or the bedroom, just one in the bathroom is not enough!

    Very clean and spacious. Good location. Supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Very friendly hosts. We were a group of 7 (a family of 5 and grandparents). The grandparents stayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom, kitchen and a huge bathroom with a large bathtub and a great shower, but no direct garden access. There was a door between the 2 apartments that could be unlocked so it was basically like one large apartment.
