Kind and dedicated professional who truly care for their customers, who feel at home right away, and for their place, and who are also committed to protect local wildlife and maintain the surroundings impeccably. San Rafael is a very special place, sited at a rainforest, which makes it unique. Rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is delicious! Muchas, muchas gracias, Giovanni and Luis. The hotel is incredible, a great way to thrown yourself and enjoy being in a rainforest with loads of bird life. We found the staff accommodating and helpful whenever we asked for anything. And even when it rains, enjoying the river slide, the hot pools and the bars and restaurants immersed make it worthwhile

What we liked the most is the privacy of the place. This place has everything you need for a relax time with your couple, family or friends. The swimming pool is super nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food,even with a blender. The owner was super attentive and kind, we really appreciate that.
