This was an extraordinary experience and for sure the best way to be close to Arenal volcano . The view from the room is amazing . Equipped with a really good bed it’s the best way to experience the forest with highest comfort. From the balcony you see and hear a lot of birds. And the staff is amazing, they are very welcoming and help you with everything you need - always with a smile ! My personal highlight was my morning coffee on the balcony swing watching and listening to the forest . It’s the best and worth every cent !

The hotel is charming, right in front of the volcano which makes the view incredible. The location is excellent, only about 10 minutes or less by car to the center. The staff was always very friendly, giving us advice. The breakfast is very complete, it is buffet style. We really loved this hotel.

The location is fantastic. The room has an exceptional view of the Arenal volcano and Arenal lake. In addition to the stay, the staff were extremely helpful in booking a rainforest night tour for us that was a real thrill.
