I did not expect this place to exceed my expectations, from the train station out of the hotel to help me contact the private car to pick me up, arrived at the hotel roadside there is a butler to help me take my luggage back to the hotel, although the room is not large but very stylish and warm. The hotel is located in the ancient city scenic spot, go out for a minute to the ancient street, travel is particularly convenient. Every staff member is warm and kind, and when I have something to ask them, they will be the first to help me solve the problem and make me feel as warm here as my own home, and I strongly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is located very close to Hongqiao, making it extremely convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The environment is serene and peaceful, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist with any needs. They helped me with booking tickets for local attractions and even arranged a private car for me to explore the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk from the shuttle service to Qifeng Square, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Ancient Town building completely and beautifully renovated inside. Very convenient as just 100m from the river, but also very quiet with rooms facing private inner yard. Amazing service of the owner very helpful in organizing the theatre show and river boat trip and personally showing spots around city old town.

This was a really beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We loved the garden with the music and really enjoyed our little balcony and the decoration in the hotel overall. The owner and the staff were really kind and hospitable for us and went out of their way to help make our stay really comfortable and special.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is just outside the busiest part of Fenghuang ancient town so you don't need to battle the crowds but still 600m from river (the outdoor bath was so relaxing). The staff were truly attentive and helpful, the room spotlessly clean, free laundry service and it has an utterly amazing upper floor with an infinity pool. Great value for money. Small touches like floor lights that lead you to the bathroom at night added an extra touch.
