Property was new. We were the 1st to stay at the property. Bonus was the pool. Felt like we were living in a hotel. Recommend this villa to anyone travelling to Raro. Host was always there when we needed things. Would go back there when we visit Raro.

Kia Orana Sharnytas Studio! Meitaki maata Sharnyta for the fabulous stay and for being such an amazing Host. From picking me up at Club Raro Resort and dropping me off and offering to stop at the shops to pick up a few essentials. It just made my stay extra special at Sharnytas Studio! It was nice, clean and cosy and close to everything. I enjoyed chillaxing on the deck and outdoor area. I will definitely stay here again and I can't wait to come back to Rarotonga!

Gorgeous house with lots of practical touches. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering. Maria was lovely. The walk up to the Hospital Lookout is well worth doing.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Avocado Retreat. This was our third visit to Rarotonga, and while we had stayed at beachfront locations before, choosing Avocado Retreat inland was no disappointment at all. The lush greenery surrounding the house is beautiful, and it’s still only a few minutes’ stroll to the beach. The bedrooms and lounge are spacious and cozy, and we loved spending time on the deck enjoying the view throughout the day. The owner is very friendly and even took us on a walk to The Needle, which became one of the highlights of our trip.

It gave a very tropical vibe with all the greenery and being right next to the water, seeing closely where the lagoon meets the ocean. The sounds of the waves crashing was so healing and therapeutic that i had an amazing sleep. The pool definitely needs an upgrade or maybe even just a coat of paint but we still enjoyed it VERY MUCH! Also a food shop onsite that sells the most amazing toasties!! YUUUUMMMM!!

Where to start?! Right from the very first communication with Liana we felt like this was going to be an exceptional holiday and wow, it sure was!! Liana was simply outstanding in everything she did for us before we arrived and during our stay. She arranged to have our bags delivered to the villa and met us when we arrived there. We got a personal tour of the villa and everything was explained so clearly to us. The cleaning staff were amazing and the property was in superb condition. The pool was just gorgeous and the perfect size to swim in, laze in and play in. The location was brilliant. It literally was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, the night market, the bus (you really will enjoy taking a ride at least once around the island!), scooter/car hire companies, a 24hr mini supermarket, and so many wonderful food outlets to choose from. We would definitely stay there again and it's a reason to want to go back.

    The staff and location were great. They have hot and cold drinks plus affordable breakfast/lunch meals available by the pool. They changed the linen daily and were very trusting. We saw whales and had a friendly cat that we got attached to.

    Lovely budget friendly place with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Has a nice clean pool for swimming because the Inn is on the rocky side of the island so not ideal for beach swimming but stunning and picturesque view of the lagoon, ocean, sunrise and we even saw some whales, reef surfers and vaka training teams going by. Only a short (maybe 8 min drive) in either direction to some lovely swimming/floating beaches. Friendly, helpful staff and the takeaway hut prepared yummy fresh food.
