We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

The whole place has a unique alpine surrounding. We found ourselves in an "old" neighbourhood to be met by an extremely helpful and kind host into a warm and comfortable family atmosphere which has everything you need after a long drive before the amazing Matternhorn peak.

    The location was amazing, the view from the window was very picturesque. We were on a hill so it was a steep climb to the hostel but the hostel itself was very calm, spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the peace and quiet after the madness of Paris.

    Lovely hotel, very clean with all the amenities you would need. Very nice outdoor space to enjoy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We found Visp to be a very good location for exploring the surroundings and also for day trips as it is well connected.
