We adored our stay at Vanette, and will surely return! Her B&B is a truly visionary project, and deserves all the success : it is clear that she put so much love and attention in every detail. The rooms are super modern, very cozy, and we both liked the concept of combined bed and sofa, in which we very well. We had a healthy breakfast together in the beautiful veranda, while having very inspiring discussions. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at The R Apartment Passwang in Balsthal, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. First and foremost, the apartments were absolutely stunning. They were brand new and beautifully designed, providing a modern and comfortable ambiance. The cleanliness of the apartments was impeccable, and we were delighted to find everything in pristine condition upon arrival. Parking was hassle-free, as The R Apartment Passwang provided ample space for our vehicles. It was a relief to have a dedicated parking area, ensuring the safety and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen. It was a joy to cook and prepare meals in such a well-appointed space. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, utensils, and cookware, making it easy for us to whip up delicious meals for the family. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the management in providing such a functional kitchen. Overall, our family stay at The R Apartment Passwang was truly exceptional. The completely new apartments, convenient parking facilities, and the fully equipped kitchen made our experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Balsthal.

I stayed at the Gasthof Kreuz while cycling the Gavel Trans Jura. Now imagine one sedond: I arrived after cycling 9 hours under pouring rain covered in mud like Peppa Pig at end of an episode. I did have the time to apologize because I was offered bike wash and the manager was super cool and understanding when I left some mud in the hallway. It’s a family business and the whole family was incredibly warm and hospitable. We also stayed for dinner and the salad dressing was a masterpiece. Big thank you for this enjoyable stay!

The Cozy Cove is a really lovely apartment, fully kitted out with excellent facilities. We found it very spacious and comfortable, and with a nice balcony for chilling out in the evening. There is a shopping mall just a short walk away, so everything we needed was on our doorstep. We were visiting from England for the Women's Euros an chose Olten as a convenient base due to its easy train links to the cities hosting the games. The apartment was an easy 5 minute walk from the station which was ideal for that purpose. The host was extremely helpful, allowing to both check in early, and leave a little later. We spent most of our time travelling around to other cities (Geneva, Bern, Basel and Zurich) and our only regret was that we didn't spend more time relaxing at the apartment, as we enjoyed it so much. All in all, we loved our stay.
