I recently stayed at this apartment and had an exceptional experience. The place is incredibly clean, and despite the shared bathrooms, there are enough of them, and they are often cleaner than those in hotels. The host is extremely friendly and courteous, always willing to assist. The kitchen is well-equipped, offering everything you need to prepare meals. The apartment is very quiet, and the guests are friendlier than in many hotels I’ve visited. The parking is secure and conveniently located right in front of the property. The rooms are bright, very clean, and tidy, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable accommodation with a wonderful host.

The staff were friendly and helpful with planning and suggestions. They recommended the Schnuggebock restaurant (only accessible by car), which was a fun experience and good food. The mini bar in the room was useful. The lobby had a good selection of snacks and drinks. The view was fantastic and the sleep was quiet. The location is perfect for visiting the Ebenalp area, which is not to be missed. Free parking.

Super comfortable location, Monica was great in taking care of everyone. Breakfast is amazing with a wide choice of salty and sweet, fresh bread every day. The atmosphere is very familiar. Just 2 minutes from the train station - great if you stay here to hike around. But also, 7min walking distance to the city center. Lovely stay, very quite despite the closeness to the train station (you don't hear a thing). Comfy bed while the pillow is the classic huge and structureless that hotels love so much.

The room was spacious, clean and luckily I was on the floor with just 4 bedrooms and mine was close to the shared bathroom as well. The overall place was clean and the bathroom was big as well. It was close to two bus stations and you can walk to the main stations in just 15 minutes. Very easy to check-in and check-out. Since I stayed for 4 days, I also made use of the washing machine which was very helpful. The property owner answers very quickly.

My stay here was totally satisfying! The whole accommodation was super clean, which made me feel really comfortable throughout my trip. The kitchen had all the useful appliances I needed—dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stovetop—so it was super convenient to fix simple meals. Check-in was fully self-service, no need to wait around, which gave me a lot of freedom. One big plus: if you stay for 3 consecutive days, you can apply to the tourism bureau for reimbursement of your round-trip ticket costs. Highly recommend!
