We had the absolute best time at Casa Fery! It was like stepping into your favorite aunt's house, complete with all the warm and fuzzy feelings. The hosts were a total delight, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The Airbnb itself was an absolute gem, filled with cozy vibes and thoughtful touches that showed they really knew how to pamper their travelers. Chatting with the hosts was a highlight of our stay. They're the kind of lovely people who genuinely care about their guests, making sure we had everything we needed to have a blast. And let's talk about the location – perfecto! We're not fans of being in the thick of touristy hustle-bustle, so Casa Fery's spot up on the hill was a dream come true. The views were stunning, and the serenity was exactly what we needed to unwind. Okay, we have to confess – the first time we tackled that driveway, we were like, "Whoa, this is an adventure!" It takes a little finesse to handle that sharp right turn and steep slope, but after the second try, we felt like seasoned pros. Embrace the challenge, and you'll be conquering it like a local in no time! The only thing we regret is that we only stayed for two days. There's so much more to explore in the surrounding areas, and we're itching to get back ASAP! Casa Frey has definitely left a mark on our hearts, and we can't wait for our next unforgettable vacation there. So, if you're looking for a magical vacation rental that feels like home sweet home (with a sprinkle of fairy dust), Casa Fery is where it's at. Friendly staff, good breakfast. The restaurant is good, very tasty food. It has a hostel vibe but for the price, it's great. Better to have a car... not central. Very spacious showers. The view from the terrace is fantastic!

We had a late check in, so we had to do a self check in in this case, which was super simple as we got clear instructions. The room was super clean and comfy. Nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there in the future.

The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

This classic Italianate villa was really beautifully restored, very comfortable and with excellent amenities. The modern kitchen was very useful - apparently shared but we saw no one else! Great views from the room and huge wonderful balcony/terrace. Handy for the railway and buses. We loved it!

    The host, Feride, is super friendly and she has thought of everything when furnishing her rental apartment. The property is in a beautiful location and is a super value compared to other properties within the Locarno/Ascona region. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!
