Staff very kind, and we really enjoyed the pool and whirlpool! Super clean and warm. Nice spacious family room. Breakfast is good, but you need to queue to make your own waffle, it can be a long wait at peak times

Owners are very kind. They were genuinely very helpful during my stay. Breakfast is prepared by the owner and it was delicious! The place is about 10 min distance on foot to the US embassy and the National Gallery.

excellent location 20 min walk from Parliament Hill and all the main attractions. the metro 15 min walk. varied and quality breakfast. water available in the room every day. kind and helpful staff. the room was very spacious and the bed comfortable as well as the washroom. impeccable cleanliness of every room. I will definitely come back if I visit Ottawa again

The best location to visit Ottawa...The apartment was very comfortable and with everything you need to have a great stay. They also have free lockers to leave yous stuff in case you need it when arriving early or once checked-out. I highly recommend it !!!

The room is nice and clean as well as the room service. Car parking is good but we have to pay 18 dollars for each day. The location is good.

I had a wonderful stay at the Saintlo Jail Hostel. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. When I mentioned that I felt uncomfortable in the four-person room, they kindly reassigned me to a single room, which was much more comfortable. The jail tour is excellent—if you have time, I highly recommend joining it. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, with cereal, bread, fruit, and eggs. The entire building is fascinating, and the single room was cozy and clean. I’ll definitely come back the next time I visit Ottawa.
