Exceptional customer service. Staff were friendly and eager to listen and attend to any need we presented. Edward and Vinay keep it up! Wanted to extend our stay and hotel was fully booked. Edward kept monitoring the system between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am in the morning. He managed to secure a room and saved us the bother to move to another hotel. At 7 am in the morning, he called us to confirm he had a room for us! Edward, you gave us a reason to always come back and recommend Fairfield to our friends with no hesitation at all!

Cool hostel! Good location, city centre 7mins walking (shopping centre right there as well). Good break from typical hostels. Had a single cell. It was clean, big kitchen, good breakfast (bagels, cheese, jams, coffe, fruit, eggs). Luggage storage available too. Only thing I missed in the room was a small shelf, otherwise it was all good. There is a special acoustics as it was a prison but my floor wasn't loud. Recommended!

We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival. The apartment exceeded our expectations and was comfortably furnished & furbished with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable esp after a long flight! Breakfast each morning was good especially being able to make waffles! The hotel is conveniently located next to Lone Star and it's a short walk to the St Laurent shopping centre and train station - which means access to trains to the city as well as connecting with the VIA rail network.

Seconds from Ottawa MacDonald Cartier International Airport this conveniently located hotel is completely soundproofed and offers many exceptional on-site amenities and facilities.
