I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and always willing to help with anything I needed, making me feel truly welcome. I had a very good experience in Qafqaz. Everybody, from reception to housekeeping is like a family to me, as i spent 2 weeks here. Very nice and warm people, very clean hotel, spacious rooms, the breakfast is delicious and the prices are so good. If i ever come again to Baku, Qafqaz will be for sure 1st choice on my list.

Our stay at the Secrets Room was great. The host was really welcoming, kind and available whenever needed. He provided us with a 3 pin converter as soon as we arrived and showed us around the apartment. Not only that but he also found us conveyance to the airport and paid for it himself which was very kind of him. The apartment was comfortable, warm and cozy with a lovely view of the city from the balcony. The floors were heated which helped in the chilly weather. All the mentioned amenities were there. The lighting inside the apartment was superb. We had an incredible stay in this apartment.

One of the most beautiful hotel apartments. Honestly, the place smells fragrant. The bathroom is very clean. They respond to my calls quickly and meet my needs with amazing speed. I lived in it when I first arrived in Baku and went to other hotels and came back again. I love this place very much. Bravo grocery store is close to it and my room overlooks the garden. Beautiful in this quiet place. Special thanks to the workers, all of whom are kind and helpful

The hotel is new, the location is convenient. Walk at a calm pace to the center for 20-30 minutes, by taxi it’s very fast, the trip will cost about 3 manats. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds. There are all necessary equipment in the room. Many thanks to the hotel staff for the warm welcome. I recommend this hotel. Ideal price-quality ratio.
