Very nice, spacious and very clean apartment. Would recommend to others! Its a 20 min drive to the ski serfaus-fiss-ladis which was not an issue for us.

Perfect location for skiing trip, the room was equipped with everything you need for few days. Small kichenette for preparing meals. Balcony with nice views. Spacious bathroom. Separate entrance. Parking spot just outside apartment. Very nice owner welcomed us upon arrival.

Everything looks solid, new, tidy and clean, very well fitting the spirit of Serfaus village, that looks too nice to be true. Nice balcony and kitchenette made me pity that I couldn't use them longer. The village is nice and quiet, so the sleep is deep and relaxed. We could also find a place in underground garage of the hotel, which is a huge plus for a hot day. The Summer card, sold at tiny price at the hotel, saves huge amounts on cable cars that you'd pay if you are not staying in the village. And the time spent in the mountains over Serfaus is quality time!

An absolutely amazing guest house where you can experience Tyrolean hospitality at its finest. The owners are incredibly kind ladies who make you feel right at home. From the warm welcome with a local drink, Larch Crest Spirit, to the thoughtful farewell gift of salt infused with local herbs, everything was simply outstanding. The village of Fendels, in addition to its perfect location, has a genuine, authentic charm. The breakfast is delicious and hearty, providing the perfect start for a day full of hikes or walks. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and ideal for relaxation. This place is definitely worth a visit.

This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.

    Spacious and very comfortable apartment, very clean, well furnished, fully equipped kitchen, quiet. Was perfect for a stay with enlarged family (5 adults, two kids). Owners (young couple with children) very friendly and well organised. Just a minute away from the main road through the valley, and 15 minutes by car to the Serfauss-Fiss-Ladis ski area.

    Very nice location. Very friendly elderly couple that own the building in which the apartment is located. The apartment is on the second floor of the house while the couple live on ground floor. Only messaged with the person that actually rents out the apartment, but she is friendly and helpful. We (3 persons) stayed for only 1 night. Would certainly recommend the apartment and I would certainly stay there again. Austria is beautiful.
