Everything was perfect. The accommodation was brand new, fully furnished with everything which could be essential for one week stay. The studio was really valuable compared to the average price in Vienna. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The gym wasn't so big but it has basic equipment you need for a decent Training. All the facilities are very clean and tidy. It is possible to enjoy fresh water, coffee or tea at the reception anytime.

My stay at this apartment was incredibly cozy and comfortable. The apartment had everything necessary for convenience: towels, dishes, a washing machine, balcony furniture, and even umbrellas for guests. It's clear that every detail has been thought through meticulously in this accommodation. The owner was also very responsive, answering all my requests quickly. Additionally, the underground parking with electric vehicle charging was a big plus. Getting to the city center was convenient with the metro, just an 8-minute ride away. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Excellent, nearly built hotel. The room was very well equipped with a refrigerator. Opening the window automatically shut the air conditioning—very smart. There is a whole building with many restaurants just across the street. The partial closure of the nearby metro station was not a problem; it only added 5 minutes to a train ride.
