We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and the location was ideal for a relaxing family holiday. We truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. Beautiful and calm location, all rooms facing the lake. The meals were amazing, every evening something different, something special for dinner in beautiful creations, breakfast had also various delights. The sauna area is great, with lots of comfortable beds for relaxation, the sauna at the lake is especially enjoyable when the sun is setting. Staff is super nice!

The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

A Perfect Alpine Escape – 100% Hassle-Free! Our stay at the Chaletdorf was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first enquiry, the communication was fast, friendly, and professional. Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. Very good boutique hotel / guesthouse, quite new, clean and comfortable Amazing breakfast - probably the best one in our Austrian experiences. Nice swiming pool. Location - just on the way, nothing special, in fact just as we expect - silent and quite comfortable place not far away from the city.

    Location was lovely and really great. From the Entrance was just a short walk to the lake and by the lake there is an abundance of umbrellas free for the taking. The Appartments have everything in kitchen utensils and id very nicely decorated

    Very nice location directly by the lake with private beach. Owners very friendly, breakfast very good with lots of options. Big balcony with table and chairs even dry when raining. Carparking easy, would definitely stay again
