It is a very cozy boutique with excellent service. Any request was fulfilled immediately, the staff is very young and helpful, speaks languages very well. The whole hotel is very clean, that was the criteria I chose it, besides, it is much nicer than on the photos. The room is very comfortable. It is excellent value for money, a very good price. Next time I'm their guest again, definitely!

Excellent breakfast ~ They played piano at the breakfast and there was live music and DJ in the evening. TOP service & very helpful staff. Super clean. We will visit this hotel again. Absolutly high class with high standards!

This guesthouse is run by Lori, a traveler who has fallen in love with Armenia and would like to welcome other travelers. We feel at home here. The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere is great. The establishment is still new, but it has enormous potential as Lori continues to improve it. Cyclists can also park their bikes in the garage, which is very convenient.

it’s superfriendly, it’s quiet, it’s warm and welcoming, it’s your home away from home. They can’t stop offering food and tea😂. Susan and Sarkis are lovely, adorable, they make you feel at home. Breakfast is incredible, they will assist you with anything. -02/2025 they are creating a beautiful pool area with nice quiet rooms, a bbq and a bar area. They are goodhearted so it s a pleasure and a privilege to stay here. Came for one night and stayed 12 :-)

I had an amazing stay at Metropol Club House! 🤗From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel has a stylish and modern design, and everything was spotless.🤩 The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very cozy. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, allowing me to rest peacefully. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafes.🍳Breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offers extra services like airport transfers and tour arrangements, which made my trip even more convenient. A huge thank you to the Metropol Club House team for their exceptional hospitality! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan.😉❣️

A very nice place by the river, beautiful territory, a fountain, very clean rooms , very delicious cuisine and friendly staff. Clean room, enough space and you have all the necessary facilities. They offer free transfer to the city center, you are very close but still have a nature to enjoy. They allowed us to stay with a small dog for extra price.

The staffs Gregor, Saternik, Garnik, Vahan are amazing hosts. Was originally booked in a Double room with balcony for 3 nights. Stayed in the original room for my 1st night and on my 2nd, realized that my shower is blocked. Saternik stepped in and upgraded my room to the bigger room with bath tub for the rest of my stay. Extended 2 more nights with them and Vahan kept me in the big room with the same price as the original room! I wanted to stay longer with them but they are fully booked for the rest of the days im staying in yerevan 🥲 (new years). Property is in an excellent location in a really nice street. Everything is in walking distance and I would absolutely stay with them again whenever I come back to yerevan in the future. Very highly recommended. 👍👍👍

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always providing excellent service with a smile. The managers were also fantastic — always available to offer great advice and assistance, even when we asked about things to do in the city. The rooms were spotless, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. A big thank you to all the staff! I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit the country

    I would def recommend to book this hostel if you are solo traveler for a single room. It is very decent price to be in the center of the city. Hostel is very clean, and staff is so helpful. Location - amazing! There is Orion apart-hotel upstairs, so I guess if you have a bit bigger budget you can rent there.
