The owner will always drive you to the city's attractions or the airport for free and pick you up. I arrived at 08:00 pm but I did not have any reservation for overnight. . The owner confirmed my room within 5 minutes and organised a transfer very quickly. They even proposed to have dinner with them as I arrived so late at night . Very good place with such nice hosts . I highly recommend this guest house.

The apartment is newly reconstructed and clean, well located, close to Jerevan's airport. If you need to do the transfer to another flight and stay during a night (or more nights) in Jerevan, as we did, I can highly recommend. The owner is nice and polite, she can arrange a transfer from airport to the apartment for very good price. We traveled with our children and they received lots of gifts, sweets and fruit as well as home made limonade. If we travel to Jerevan we will defintly come back again. The owner came to the apartment to assure a trasfer for us back to the airport at 3.30 a.m. as we had following flight at 5.40! She slept only few hours to be sure we get well to the airport And on time! Amazing!

What can I say bout this hotel, this is my second stay here and it is a beautiful hotel with amazing courtyard for breakfast. The Staff are a credit to the hotel. They will do anything to help. Such an amazing hotel. THE restaurant also do cheep and very tasty home cooked food. See you all next year!

I truly appreciated how responsive you were to every request, and how much care you put into making everything comfortable. The room was spacious and lovely, and the free transfer to and from the airport was such a thoughtful touch that made it much comfortable.     I liked everything . The house were very clean and we had part of the total comfort that I could imagine. The owner of the house waited us in the airport when we arrived in Armenia and also he go with us to the airport ;and helped us with suggestions of places where we can eat. In the last day he was very gentle and went with us to the capital. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this apartment.
