Hosts were amazingly hospitable. Since our flight was early in the morning (we departured at 4 AM), we didn't want to have breakfast. Lovely host Anush arranged a delicious dinner instead of the breakfast within half an hour of our arrival. She also gave us some fruits, toy and sweets for our child. In the end she organized our transfer to the airport free of charge and woke up before 4 AM to say goodbye. I give my biggest recommendations, as many other reviews I saw when choosing this object.

We were given a better room than we'd booked; the larger double with an ensuite. The room was great, comfy beds and air con! We could park our car on the driveway. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room you can chill out in and cook meals. The host family are very friendly and live in the house next door so they're always on hand if you need something, but you also have plenty of space. It's just a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the church, but it's in a very quiet residential area. We loved the place so much we extended our stay by another night.

The property is very well managed, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was absolutlety delicious, the staff was very kind. Location is very central, yet tranquil. Airport is close, at the earlier hours of the morning we arrived for just few hours of sleep and rest and it was worth it, after taking the breakfast we left the hotel for our tour in Armenia fully energized. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Value for money, good location, interesting hotel area design. Very nice restaurant, lots of local dishes. They got nice, but a bit unusual food. Everything is eatable, nothing with too much pepper, but combination of products is not common for European style food.

A big thank you for such a wonderful stay! Your hospitality and kindness really made me feel at home. I truly appreciated how responsive you were to every request, and how much care you put into making everything comfortable. The room was spacious and lovely, and the free transfer to and from the airport was such a thoughtful touch that made it much comfortable.     I liked everything . The house were very clean and we had part of the total comfort that I could imagine. The owner of the house waited us in the airport when we arrived in Armenia and also he go with us to the airport ;and helped us with suggestions of places where we can eat. In the last day he was very gentle and went with us to the capital. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this apartment.
