La atencion de la dueña fue espectacular. Nos consiguió todas las cosas que necesitabamos. El lugar esta cercano a colegios donde los niños te saludan al salir y al entrar. Recomendable este lugar.

The location is great; small island in lake Bunyonyi, perfect to disconnect for some days from the busy Kampala. There is not much to do around, but that fits perfect if what you are looking for is peace and quiet. The lodge has a private swimming deck to the lake- highly recommended to go for a swim there! And shoutout to the library they have- it made by day when I got there. They also provide with free Black Tea in case you fancy that as companion to the reading, appart from the great views. The profits from the lodge go back to the island communities, so we paid dinner with pleasure.

This place is the ultimate place to explore the beauty of Lake Bunyonyi. The view from the patio is breathtaking, and the Villa is well equipped with everything you need. I truely enjoyed the atmosphere during our stay, as it feels as if you are on your own planet, as there is just you and the incredible beauty of the lake and its nature, as you overlook the whole scenery. Could have spend all day just sitting there and enjoy the beauty of it all. Pure joy.

OM Hostel Bunyonyi tiene un jardín, salón compartido, una terraza y restaurante en Kabale. Although on peninsula felt like it’s on an island, having to take a boat or canoe to reach there. Very tranquil. And young Joseph is full of knowledge and chef Hirari cooks great meals. Cool hiking areas and canoe tour to around the lake is fabulous. They even heat water for you for a hot shower. Great place.

Amasiko Homestay Lake Bunyonyi cuenta con un jardín, zona de playa privada, una terraza y bar en Kabale. Everything is good there. I'm a nostalgic person so the stay was worth my liking. The remoteness makes it all comfortable. It cuts you off from the modern world and it's horrors. The staff is so disciplined. The hosts are really great people, when you visit it's like you have become apart of the family. The cottages are really nice. Very well ventilated to keep out bugs. The lake view is awesome. Oh my God the food 😃 It's safe from dangerous animals and reptiles. Star gazing is one of the must-do things while there, it's so beautiful. I could go about it forever.

The Makanga Hill Suites offer probably the nicest lodging in Kabale. The suites are based in a new and well-appointed house and are served by capable and friendly staff. Makanga Hill sits up above the hustle of downtown Kabale, with very nice grounds and rewarding views. One can pleasantly walk down across the golf course and into the City center in about 30 minutes; or you can hire the house (Benz!) SUV to drive you; and of course there is a lovely (and secure) carport if you are driving your own vehicle.
