I cannot stress enough how helpful, pleasant, and kind were the hosts.

We had a nice welcome glass of wine and delicious breakfast. The eggs were made to order and there was a nice selection of cheese, meat, breads and yogurt. It was within walking distance to a few nice restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Actually considering the price, it was much better quality than we expected in that price range. We will definitely come back.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Milena and her family are the perfect hosts their love for Peterc, the area, the vines and other local produce, the interior design and artwork, everything has been carefully thought through to make your stay truly memorable. The food is delicious and freshly prepared and the wine is really good. Having a glass of chilled white on the veranda overlooking Brda is just wonderful. We hired e-bikes and did an awesome ride through the area. Milena organised this for us with Bike Vibe. We also did one of the Cherry Trail hikes from the property.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Kojsko, Pri Marjotu is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities. The property features garden and city views, and is 40 km from Palmanova Outlet Village. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. We stayed here whilst walking the Alpe Adria trail. It had everything we needed and was clearly a favourite of the locals. Unfortunately we'd already eaten so didn't have an evening meal but the breakfast was delicious and the scrambled egg were the best of our holiday. They grew their own apricots and made wine. They left a couple of bottles in the room to sample on the house and they were delicious. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.
