This place is a hidden gem in Kathmandu. The owners are a young local couple and super chilled and helpful. Their hospitality was amazing. Ofreciendo una terraza, bar y vistas a la montaña, HOTEL RUPAKOT AND ROOFTOP RESTAURANT está establecido en Bhaktapur, a 3 minutos a pie de Bhaktapur Durbar Square. El desayuno me pareció muy bueno y la ubicación excelente, en pleno corazón de Bhaktapur. La vista desde la terraza también muy bonita. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo, sin duda personas muy amables!

Nirvana Kuti está ubicado en Katmandú, dentro de una distancia de 2.5 km de Swayambhu y a 3.5 km de Swayambhunath Temple. Our window view was of a temple, and you are literally two blocks from Kathmandu Durbar Square. The room had charging plugs right near the bed, and each room is its own floor so the bathroom — adjacent — is private. There is a water dispenser and a kettle on each floor as well. Bobby suggested that we use the roof are to dry clothes, but he also provides a clothespin rack inside (it’s monsoon season). Bobby was super helpful — met me at the airport, showed us where to change money, helped us buy umbrellas, booked our Tourist bus to Pokhara, arranged for a taxi pickup, and each was a value-for-money experience. He let us store our luggage for our days away for a small fee. The room is only fan-cooled, but I’d gladly put up with the “a little steamy” for the location and the support.

I stayed here for one night, and it was a fantastic experience! The place is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location in Bhaktapur. But the best part was the host – kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain things, show me around, and give great local tips. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and pleasant stay!
