The water cottages are spacious and clean with everything you need. A unique, authentic experience with a beautiful pool. The owners were so helpful, they organized a taxi to pick us up from Negombo and one to take us to Kandy for very reasonable prices. They also gave us a tuk tuk to Pidurangala rock so we could climb it for sunrise, and waited for us to return. We had a delicious meal of Sri Lankan curries cooked by one of the owners - one of the best meals of the trip. We couldn't recommend this place enough.

It takes 3 minutes to walk to the main road. Restaurants and atm walking distance. Sigiriya rock again walking distance. Host was amazing, helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. We loved it there.

They weren’t upset when I said the WiFi wasn’t fast enough or the eggs were too salty— they helped me fix the problems immediately and I had fast WiFi and tasty eggs! For such a reasonable price, with such a good accommodation and breakfast, and a prime location, it's truly excellent!

Whenever we had any questions or requests we were met with kindness and generosity. The homestay is located in nature so it’s a beautiful place to relax after a day exploring. Our room was spotless and clean. Breakfast was great and we were offered many cups of tea during the stay! Also we loved the dog and the kittens!!
