Overall, I would highly recommend to stay here. It is also possible to organize a safari trip. The price seems fair, and the driver will pick you up directly from the house. I was very satisfied with how well it was organized.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The guest house features family rooms. Excellent location, few steps from the gate of the National Park! Room was very comfortable and very clean. Bed was super comfortable too and mosquito net provided. Air con was a welcome relief from the heat. Bathroom was also spacious and clean, hot water was great. The owner was the sweetest man, his nephew messaged to ask if I wanted dinner, I declined, but the owner knocked on my door to give me fruit and ice cream so I wouldn’t go hungry at night. So sweet! His nephew also provided me with a welcome drink and even took me on the safari. Highly recommend doing the safari with them, they were the most affordable and they really considered what animals I wanted to see and tried their best to find them. The breakfast, lunch and snacks were so good! I was very well fed! They were very accommodating to me and really put in effort to help me when my card had issues. I will definitely stay with them again.

Gamini and his wife are such lovely hosts. He picked us up from the train station, organized a safari and an Ayurveda treatment for us, and took us on a tour to see Sigiriya/Pidurangala Rock and the temples in Dambulla. His wife prepared delicious dinners and breakfasts for us. They always made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. The Wi-Fi was also good.

We arrived around 830pm after a day long road trip, hungry and tired. Kanchana prepared a satisfying meal for the four of us at such short notice. Her husband also arranged tuk tuks for us to tour Anuradhapura. The location is rustic and quiet. A lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life

The hospitality of the kind family that runs this. Room size, beautiful surroundings, breakfast, airconditioning that we could add, and the tours we did with Jeewa. Kids loved playing in the garden, on the big rock in front of the guesthouse and of course with they friend: daughter Oleena. Good value/money. Cannot recommend this enough! Relaxed and happy vibe to the place with lovely pool area.

The property has pool views and is 10 km from Pidurangala Rock and 11 km from Sigiriya Rock. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We loved our stay at Visu Villa. The owner was very welcoming and helpful since our arrival, he helped us organize all our excursions and he gave us great recommendations on where to go. We had an issue with the air conditioning in one of our rooms and he fixed it immediately. The breakfast was very good as well.
