The facilities were exceptional with a nice LARGE bath, plenty of room and a fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very caring and filled the fridge with delicious local food, including the legendary Okayama Pione grape. Will come again next time we need to stay at Okayama!

The fruit was perfect but the croissant were horrible. It would be better to provide fresh pastries or none at all. But this is a minor thing. The overall experience was fantastic. And you can get a very good cheap breakfast in the City Art Gallery.
