My family of three stayed at Risa’s apartment in Ishigaki for 12 days. Risa and her family were some of the best hosts that we have had in our five years of slow traveling around the world. They were easy to communicate with. They were kind enough to meet us at the Airport and show us around Ishigaki Island. The apartment is clean and has all of the things you could need to make nice meals and sleep comfortably. It is a large apartment in Japan, we spent three months traveling in Japan and this was the largest space we stayed in. Risa went above your normal host responsibilities, and I left feeling like I made a friend in Japan. I am happy we stayed there and recommend you do too!
