Breakfast was delicious each day with a variety to choose from and cooked to order. Yum! The room was perfect, and beds were comfortable. We asked to leave luggage after check - out and until our train time to leave and they were happy to do that for us. They answered questions and made suggestions on things to do and where to enjoy meals in their city.

Great spot in westport apartment was perfect check in instructions very clear brought right to the door! staff were fab. Breakfast and dinner in the Helm were lovely! We loved the fact that Teresa's photo was there too! It's impossible not to feel connected to the beautiful girl in the picture and her gentle smile! Above all, we have appreciated the personal touch. Bill, the property manager, made us feel truly welcome. Tourism today has become very impersonal, but the experience at Teresa's Cottage was anything but. We felt as if we were visiting family or dear friends. Every detail was carefully prepared to make us feel good. Bill even took the trouble to personally come to greet us.
