The owner and staff is super organised, attentive and helpful. They organised transport to pick us up promptly at the fast ferry and drove us all the way to the Turtle Lodge. We had activities they planned each day such as seeing a waterfall at Green Bay Beach. The turtle overnight watch we signed up for was incredible located inside the national park. My son loved releasing tiny turtles to the sea and we saw how the Green Sea turtles nested.

It was located in quiet area with nearly located restaurants, bakery and coffee shops. Beds were comfortable, size of the room was just right. I liked the shared kitchen - it was always clean, you can take drinks from the fridge and pay after you finish your stay. Very nice and cozy area. Host was very helful with arranging trips to Bromo and waterfalls. She also gave us local recommendations.

A small babbling brook borders the property so you have the relaxing sound of water all around. Thre is a also a pool which we didn't even try as we were so enchanted with the garden. The bungalow we had was richly decorated with gorgeous balinese textile curtains. What made this place truly special for us is the welcome and service Marc and Ericka (owners) gave us : they not only organized a Mt Ijen excursion for us but a fantastic massage by Aini. In the restaurant, son Ricco is a talented cook and the food was excellen... Best breakfast pancakes on and out of Bali!
