Our host, Mick, could not have been any more pleasant during our stay. He is a mine of information about the local area, and indeed the island in general. Morning breakfast was a lovely selection of locally sourced foods, served up in the communal lounge area next to each of our rooms. Following this up with a good walk in the hillside next to the accomodation, with the route advised by Mick as one that not many of the locals get to see.

Establecido en Port St Mary, a 3 minutos a pie de Chapel Bay Beach y 7 km de Castle Rushen, Carrick Rooms ofrece vista al mar y WiFi gratis. The property was welcoming, extremely clean, and conveniently located at walking distance to several restaurants and pubs as well as to local free parking. Nick and his family made us feel at home. He suggested so many interesting places to explore over our 3 night visit. We will definitely recommend Carrick Rooms and the Isle of Man to our friends looking for an adventurous destination!

Extremely clean and tidy. There was enough of everything needed for a pleasant and homely stay. We got an upgrade to a larger apartment, at no cost. It had a bedroom, a living room (with a comfortable sofa for two,a table with two chairs, a cofee table), a bathroom and a kitchen with table and sitting for three) Beatiful view towards greenish Hutchinson square, the sea and parts of the city.
