En general todo muy bien, y para familia con niños excelente pues el hotel cuenta además con habitación infantil de juegos y también la habitación "fata morgana" es una agradable e interesante sorpresa. El lugar tiene como tema la música y cada habitación está decorada de forma individual, me gustó mucho que cuenta con una biblioteca. La parte digital (sistema de códigos para ingresar al hotel y a la propia habitación) funciona muy bien y el personal siempre atento para cualquier pregunta o si se necesita cualquier tipo de ayuda.

Very nice kitchen appliances. Comfortable mattress. Clean bathroom. Even a few sachets of porridge left for the guests which I appreciated very much having before heading to the supermarket the first morning !!!

He also helped us with parking which was a big plus in this wonderful resort where parking is more problematic. The location is great, right in the middle of the resort, close to all the attractions, the column, geyser, many very good restaurants just a stone's throw away. A big plus is the breakfast brought to the room with hot rolls and everything you could want to eat in the morning without making any effort. Thank you for everything to the host, we will be back with pleasure!

We had a beautiful stay, the host is excellent and very helpful, the rooms and facilities clean and comfortable, they make the best breakfast and it is one of those places that makes you want to come back every year. It exceeded our expectations and I would recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at Charlie a total of 7 nights although our visit was broken up. The hosts went out of their way to assist us with a scheduling problem - they were exceptionally helpful. The apartment is just off the main square on the third floor of a historic building. The apartment is lovely, with a big, comfortable kitchen which lets onto a large terrace. It is clean and modern. We look forward to staying at Charlie again if we visit Cheb.

A lovely stopover en route to Prague, lovely helpful staff with a very comfortable bed in a good sized room including large balcony excellent bathroom The restaurant has a good menu & the food & breakfast were excellent 😊
