We loved Sintropia. Staying there was a unique experience. We got a comfortable cabana with an amazing view from the mountain to the sea and above the clouds, waking up with the birds singing. The cabana was spacious and comfy. The personnel was extremely nice, planning and guiding activities and hikes (walk in the jungle where you can see the plantations, the view, waterfalls, monkeys and more). You can get all your meals there and the food was really good and affordable. It feels really special, peaceful and remote (with good internet though :)) - which is amazing if this is what you are looking for. Breakfast included was appreciated! Would definitely stay again to hang out with Lola the parrot!
