Lago Condor (main hostel) has excellent and cosy decoration, super comfortable room, nice breakfast. Helpful and cheerful staff. Helped also with booking a horse riding trip and a day tour to Torres del Paine. Location really close to bus station (and therefore a bit further from the town centre).

Situated in Punta Arenas, Magallanes region, Casa Celeste is set less than 1 km from Punta Arenas Beach. During your time staying in this recently renovated homestay, dating back to 1956, you will have access to free WiFi. The room was a lovely size for a single bed occupancy, and the bed was very comfy. There was a tv in the room with Netflix, and the wi fi worked perfectly. The casa was in a good location, around a 10 minute walk from the Bus Sur bus station and the tourist Cemetery. The waterfront could be seen from the casa and was around a 5 minute walk. From there, by walking along to the right along the waterfront you can see several landmarks, and end up in the city. The kitchen had good facilities if you want to cook for yourself, and a very nice breakfast was included, served by Felipe. My favourite thing in this accommodation was the cat Chiddy, she is never in the way, but is a lovely friendly cat! The journey to the airport was only about 20 minutes in an Uber, and Felipe was there to help me ensure the Uber arrived at the right place.

Definitely the best hostel I stayed at in Patagonia but probably the best I ever stayed at:) a very nice, family -run hostel with Victoria, the nicest and friendliest staff who really cares about the guests' comfort and makes sure that everyone enjoys their stay there:) The room was warm with unbelievably comfortable beds, I especially loved the blanket. The common area is nicely designed and the breakfast was also exceptionally great. Showers are clean, smell good and the towels are just sooo soft. I really miss the place and would have loved to stay more! I look forward to returning one day:)

Wonderful host, good location to walk around town, very spacious apartment that had everything we needed. We appreciated having a washing machine!

The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. This spacious, clean and modern accommodation was like a home away from home during our Patagonia trip. We stayed here three times in two weeks, for 1-3 night each stay. Loved the big fridge and kitchen to make breakfast for those early morning starts. We did laundry and there was enough space to stretch out, after long treks or days on the road. Super comfortable beds, fresh linen, clean, great shower. Staff were very helpful, even keeping our extra things safe (free of charge) while we hiked the W trek in TdP. You leave them bagged in the room, send a message to let them know and they set them back in your room before you return.
