The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. What truly set Pitz Ot apart was their exceptional service. On our way home, we realized we had left ski boots in the ski room. Without hesitation, the hotel staff located them and shipped them back to us! This level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Piz Ot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable ski holiday. The combination of its great location, modern amenities, delicious food, and outstanding staff makes it a top choice. We will definitely be returning!

If I return, I will stay for a week! It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I used the shared showers and found them much better than the private showers of the other rooms of my trip. The hosts answered my questions and even loaned me their repair tools when my glasses fell apart. I feel that the combined savings from the kitchenette for meals and the pass for the mountain lifts exceeded the price of my room. And there's a laundry room!
