The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

From May to October, the Kärnten Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts all across Carinthia. Guests can benefit from a 10% reduction on entrance fee to Kärnten Therme Warmbad in Villach. The view was magnificent. As it was located on the hillside and the shop could only reached by car different goods were available at the entrance of the accommodation for acceptable price that made “shopping” simple. There were different type of saunas and a relaxing room that were also nice and cozy. The owners were kind and helpful. They provided a transfer available to the ski slope that proved to be useful as the parking place was usually full after 9 o’clock. The departure time was negotiable. So we had good impressions and left with nice memories.
