I like that it is a very quiet area with a 7-11 nearby. The night during summer was peaceful. It has a nice big courtyard that people can hang out and chill. The toilets are clean and shower strong. Washing machine with washing powder for your use. Good air-conditioning and fan in the room. Both the owners are very helpful and welcoming.

Hostess was so friendly and hospitable. I really enjoyed chatting with her and appreciated the suggestions she made for sightseeing around town. The room was very clean, had its own private bathroom and air conditioner. Breakfast was awesome and saved me a lot of time and effort in the morning. The location is easily accessible by bicycle and has laundry facilities on-site if you ask. It's right on the edge of town, nestled among farm fields but a stone throw away from restaurants and shops. Night markets and retail shops are within walking distance as well.

It is conveniently located, clean and spacious. The owners are friendly, responsive to our message enquiries. Even help us order takeaway breakfast without extra charge early in the morning so we would not miss our ferry. He sent us to the ferry terminal too, which we are very thankful for!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating to our special dietary needs and made inquiries before the stay. The shower was amazing, too! Loved it. Another thing I love is the hairdryer they provided. Most places provide hairdryers that don’t work well, but I love theirs! There was a small basket of goodies and some bottled water. The bed was clean and I comfortable. Overall, it was a remarkable stay, and I feel so lucky to have discovered this place.

If you stop by Chiayi and spend time in the area, please stay at Warmday Homestel. We highly recommend this establishment! The team who welcomed us was so kind and friendly (and speaks English), the room was very comfortable and well-equiped, the breakfast provided by a shop in the same street was good, the neighborhood’s vibes are nice and the house is located close to both the train station and the night market. Our stay was unfortunately too short and we regret we were not able to stay longer. My wife especially loved all the details and gifts: the black sesame pudding, the homemade iced tea, the traditional Taiwanese candies and sweets, the music played in the speakers of the «hotel», the pictures on the walls at each floor… Such a good address we will remember for a long time!
