My stay at Venus hotel was excellent. Complimentary breakfast had many choices and was delicious. Room was clean and organized. Sonel at the front desk was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I left my cell phone at checkout area and left the hotel. I was already in the minibus on the way to Denizli. Suddenly, a van pulled up and stopped my minivan. The driver was from Venus hotel and was to return my cell phone. Sonel recognized it was my phone and had the driver chasing after my van to return the phone. I would not be able to continue my trip without the cell phone. I was so touched by the kind act! I did call Sonel thanking him. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Sonel and the driver!

This hotel is quite new. The rooms are spacious.. All facitlities are new and clean. The host is so friendly and helpful for everything we need. The breakfast are very good.

Really friendly hotel owner - he allowed us to check in super early in the morning after arriving from Goreme on the night bus when we were extremely tired and even arranged airport transport for us on our last day! Breakfast was also great where we managed to sample home made quince jam and learned about the many fruit trees grown at the property! Would highly recommend and would love to come back when possibility arises!

Unique Breakfast , so delicious and tasty, so many to choose, very good turkish coffee and yummy cheese cigars , incredible hot donuts. This elegant Hotel is very close to the Travertine Terraces and Hierapolis antique town. The rooms are super large and very clean ( daily cleaning , renewed towels, refill water , tea, coffee, etc. ). So many things were "from the House" and this is so rare to see !!! All the people there are so kind and nice with the tourists. The pool area is also quiet , peaceful and good-taste decorated . Many traditional objects to see and buy in the lobby area . Thank you very much for an unforgettable vacation , Turgay & friendly beautiful Family !

This was a very pleasant surprise - I didn't really know much about the hotel or its location in advance. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and bathroom and a balcony overlooking a quiet, leafy part of town. Ample parking and easy access to Hierapolis and Laodicea. Check-in was allowed from 11am, which was supremely helpful; laundry and dinner could be had at the property. The breakfast spread was a highlight. Lots of birds nesting around the property, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Just a 5-minute walk from Pamukkale's town centre, this family-run hotel offers comfortable rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool.

An exceptional hotel. Unfortunately I stayed only one day. After a quick check-in, I got into a room with a mountain view, which is the same as the pictures I saw before, and after a tiring journey, I took a refreshing dip in the pool. I spent the rest of my time at Pamukkale. I advise you to go to the south entrance by car, because it is on a hill and you will have more time to walk around the site. Otherwise, you can walk to the lower entrance from the hotel, it's not far, it's just a little more uphill. The room was clean and tidy as were the sheets and towels, the internet was fast, and everything worked very well. In the morning, a Turkish breakfast was served at the hotel, and it was excellent. I can recommend the hotel to everyone.

Very friendly people and it feels like a family. The food is good - home cooked and for a good price compared to the surrounding restaurants. Location is fantastic - just a short walk to the town gate for Hierapolis.

Sinter Terasse is set in a perfect location. The outdoor dining in the garden was a beautiful place to wake up and have breakfast each day. The rooms were very comfortable with everything you could need and the hosts were incredibly helpful with quick responses, travel tips and booking taxis. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in Pamukkale. The staff are super friendly and very helpful at giving information and arranging activities. The room was nothing special but fine for a 2-night stay. The pool was lovely and had some sunbeds which were nice to relax on. The hotel is on the edge of town, but with that being said the town is very small and only takes around 7-8 minutes to walk into the main town and around 10 minutes to walk to the lower entrance to the terraces. Also, the dolmus goes right past the accommodation (that goes to Denizli otogar) which was super helpful.

The staff were amazing and so welcoming. They helped us with booking activities and had a super friendly restaurant which catered for us having to be gluten free. Really made the stay special for our son with a disability. He was cherished. So awesome to support local and actually stay in Pamukkale. Simple accomodation in a great location.
