A dream place to stay close to Bangkok where you can immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility of the river. We spent an amazing morning sitting on the comfortable riverside benches and watching beautiful birds for more than an hour. The grounds of the hotel are perfect for a little escape from the big city and we wished we would have stayed longer. I hope we will come back. Our hosts here were incredibly friendly and we are very thankful for their kindness and smiles.

Beautiful location and not very far from centre by car. Family is kind and helpfull and they have a very friendly dog. WiFi works just fine. Only 5 minute walk to 7/11 and small local shops. Very nice place if you want to stay in Sam Phran.

The place was very good strategically. The staff waited for my arrival (midnight). Walls were sound-proof, got everything I need like toiletries, fridge, hair-dryer, water refilled daily. Privacy is respected. Parking is free for guest. Air-conditioning is very good. Room were as per photos shared in website.

It is located near university and the main road. So we can grab a lot of food. I also like the studio room that divide 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one toilet with shower and another one only shower). The air conditioning is great, 3 of them is enough!. The bed is too sleepy lol
