Everything was awesome. The accommodation is good - nice, clean, nothing special (in both good and bad). But omg the stuff! Guy at the reception has been so nice to us! We were allowed to check-in earlier after we arrived and store our luggages there. Then our room has been prepared sooner. After check-out we were again allowed to leave our luggages there (and were free to visit beach for surfing). Definitely best was the breakfast - so many great pastries! We also had a gluten-free and a vegan member of the crew and both got amazing choice of options (we informed about them right after we made the reservation). Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Very kind host, helped with everything you need. Very comfortable, clean. Is possible to park car inside of the propery. Very afforfable price for two people. I don’t have a lot of expectation about place for that price, but everything is wonderful. 50m further are bakey (but unfortunatelly closed on Thursdays).

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Berlengas B & B. Susanna and her staff are amazing, nothing was a problem. The rooms while small have everything you need for an overnight stay on the island and are very clean with lovely views from the terrace. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast there and the food, wine and service was super. When the last boat leaves about 6.30pm it is like a different world, so serene and tranquil as if you have the island to yourself. A little piece of paradise off the coast of Peniche! Lovely hike over to/from the Fort with fantastic views and enjoyable cave tour made our stay very memorable and we look forwarding to visiting again. Thank you Susanna!

I have no words to express how much we enjoyed our stay in Ó da Casa! The property has everything a traveler may need. It's situated close to the center in a very nice neighborhood. Inside, you've got a very large kitchen where you can prepare food and then eat it inside or on the patio. Every room has its own cupboards and a shelf in the fridge assigned. The kitchen is cleaned daily, which definitely shows. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room has a big closet, a TV, a desk, a chair and a couple of shelves, which make your life easier. There is no AC there, but we didn't feel it was needed as the room was not too hot. And Marta is absolutely the best! She cares a lot about her guests, speaks perfect English and is a genuine, charming person. We had a little accident and she was even willing to take us to the hospital late at night. Thanks to her, our stay in Peniche was an excellent experience that we will not forget for a long time!

Excellent location on the edge of the old town and within 5 to 10 minute walk of the center and indoor market. Easy access to local shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is in a well lit residential area and was very quiet at night (we stayed in February). There is an excellent butchers (Talho São Marcos) 1 min away and a lovely cafe (Capri) 3 mins. The apartment is spacious (we stayed as a couple and did not use the upstairs bedroom) and very well equipped (including a washing machine). Communication with our host was superb - not only timely and clear but he was genuinely interested in our comfort and wellbeing (muito obrigado!). There is a large balcony / sun deck area upstairs where we enjoyed ‘sitting out’. There are x2 mobile electric oil filled radiators so even on the cooler evenings we were always warm enough. For us, we found the firmer beds and pillows very comfortable. There was always more than enough hot water, the shower was good and the Wi-Fi super consistent. Overall a very comfortable 17 night stay. PS Peniche is great for walks, beaches, surfing and cycling 🏄‍♂️🚴🏻‍♀️
