The location was great! Not in the City Center of Legazpi but easily reachable by foot. It’s located in a small street next to the Main Street so there’s not a lot of noise. Easy accessible public transport. The owners were very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the air condition was new. Good water pressure and clean bathroom. Free coffee in the morning on the balcony. The place comes with very good wifi.

Very clean. The place is close to SM and can jump in to a tricycle outside the property. Staff are so accommodating they are ACE especially Maria, Bea and Eron. They are an asset. Met Sister Ameline one of the siblings to the owner. We had the greatest gift from sister with blessings on our travel. With great pleasure that have met you sister you are our angel in disguise. Would live to be back again. We love the place so much.

The view of the mount Mayon from the rooftop is just breathtaking! Ferdinand (owner) is very friendly, helpful and likes to have a small chat. He even drove us to the bus terminal and offered us some Bicol food specialities. There was once water supply issue and Ferdinand went straight away to buy waterbuckets so we do not run out of water - what a legend! There is a kitchen you can use and if you need anything there is an inhouse "honesty store" were you can buy different stuff. Free water hot or cold The rooms are basic but considering the price and what you get woth it mentioned above it is super value.

I originally booked from August 21–26 because I was expecting to receive my DFA documents on August 26. Unfortunately, the release was delayed to September 1, so I asked the owner if it was possible to pause my booking and resume on September 1–2 instead. I know the booking was non-refundable and rescheduling is usually not allowed, but to my surprise, they kindly agreed! I wasn’t asking for a refund, just to adjust the dates, and they were very understanding. When my sister came back on September 1, we asked again if we could stay until September 3 without any extra payment, and they still agreed. They accommodated my sister so well, and we truly appreciate their kindness and flexibility. The owner and staff are very nice and considerate—highly recommended!
