Estela and her husband are wonderful and greeted us with a smile after trekking to Machu Picchu. Their warmth is a great touch you don't get at most hotels now. They were extremely accommodating holding our bags before we had even checked in. Also, they had hot showers which is difficult to find in Cucso. Highly recommend staying here!!

Sergio’s place is very well located and is close to key attractions in Cusco.. Sergio was so warm and kind, he allowed us a very early check-in (5 am!) as he had the availability! We also loved our little interactions with his lovely daughter. The room matches the description and is very clean and cosy.. the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was also perfect with fresh fruits and juices served daily.. Sergio was great with his suggestions and helped plan our days in Cusco.. we chose to stay with Sergio and Monzeratt when we were back at Cusco and will do it again :)

Lovely hotel and the host, I was leaving very early so she left some food for me. Hotel room was simple, but nice, clean and cozy, and had all what is needed for a stay. Amazing quality for the money.

Breakfast was great. Perfect location for food, shopping but most of all it was walking distance to the bus station. The host and hostess walked with us to the bus station at 2.30 a.m. They were marvellous, they ensured we were comfortable at all times. I would recommend this place a million times.

    Host Carlos was very accommodating and responsive. Excellent and prompt communication. We loved the location and a tour of the village. Given circumstances and the fact that hotel is build on floating island host did an excellent job making sure our room has all the accommodations. Room was very clean and sunset view was simply breathtaking.

    Well located, just right for old town but not so noisy. It’s like a tiny village with loft style units. Good bed, good shower. Breakfast you make yourself, to suit yourself. We loved it.
