Room was nice, has everything you need. Location very good, in the historical heart of Nizwa. Just near to Nizwa souq. Host and reception super helpful, smiling and greeting. The view, the old town/village and the whole experience. The host was accommodating from transpo, food, tour, he managed to assist and help us. The home is what we needed- if your tired of city living/furnitures this is for you. Its a breathe of fresh air for us city dwellers. I read the reviews and noticed that the host made the necessary changes- theres more utensils, theres a microwave and blankets now.

Fantastic location and view. Yes the window has a film over it but doesn't hinder view. Short walk to the fort and souq and small supermarket around the corner. Enough utensils in the kitchen to make meals. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend

Everything about this property is amazing. The location, facilities, outside area, space, views, cutlery, rooms, bathrooms and indoor space were more than expected. The owner and manager were very friendly and easily contactable. Highly recommended, we will definitely go back again and again.

Wow, incredible Villa, extremely well put together place with some lovely touches. Very clean, great communication, incredible location. 10/10 across the board. 1st day in there felt like you were discovering a new awesome feature/view of the villa everytime you looked somewhere in a different direction. The layout, the decor, tge fixtures and fittings all top notch. There was someone able to be at the villa in under 5 mins if you needed anything as well. Highly recommend for a trip up the mountains.
