A nice room in a privately owned new villa with a shared bathroom. All new and very clean, very comfortable beds. Very friendly and nice people, other guest were there as well. Parking can be done in the street, free. Restaurants are 5 min. drive away in the center of the town. Location is about 30 min. by car from the airport and well suited for a short stay after arriving or before departure from Christchurch. Also the nearby pennisula can be explored in a day trip from here.

The comfort, reasonably sized bedrooms/bathroom, great TV and programme's, the sunny backyard, well appointed kitchen/dining area, the little touches in the kitchen to add to our stay, the 5.minute walk to Westfield Mall/shopping/dining. - all these things were.what made the place perfect for our family of 3. Maybe a small BBQ set could be added to the backyard especially for summer and hopefully our next visit!!!
