What an amazing cottage for a romantic getaway! Lovely scenery to enjoy the outdoor bath and inside the cottage was just as nice with all the little design details. The check-in was very uncomplicated and everything was explained to us in detail. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The room is very large and clean. Also at check-out we were helped with the suitcases and our garbage (we had a lot of garbage because it was our last day in New Zealand) was taken over and disposed of by the host. In general, I can only recommend this BnB.

    Incredible view just outside the hustle and bustle of Auckland! Less than an hour from the airport but it felt like a remote coastal village. The property is up on a hill but it’s just 5 minutes to drive down into Piha proper where you can enjoy the beach or hike up Lion’s Rock. An espresso machine and tea-making facilities are included as well as a towel warmer in the bathroom which was a welcome amenity.
